Use of Massage & Related Services Massage sessions are primarily designed for stress reduction, relaxation, relief from muscular tension, and for enhancing circulation. Massage and any other services are on a professional therapeutic basis, but is not a substitute for medical examinations or treatment. It is not used to diagnose illness, disease, physical/ mental/ emotional disorder, or to perform any spinal manipulation. It is recommended that you see a physician for any physical, mental, or emotional ailments you may have. Related services may include, but not limited to: advanced massage training, body movement, bodywork related therapy, or the treatment of the body as a whole integrated unit of mind, body, emotion, and spirit. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason whatsoever.
Cancellation Policy You are expected to make all appointments as scheduled. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you voluntarily agree to call by telephone immediately. Any "No Show" (that is negating your obligation without a minimum 24 hour notice), may result in billing. By reserving an appointment, you understand and voluntarily agree to pay financial reimbursement for any lost time due to 24 hour minimum failed cancellation regardless of cause or circumstance.
